Lauren was one of very few Realtors who actually responded to our online inquiry, and I feel like we really scored a winner! Lauren was attuned to finding our preferences and identifying properties that would suit us. Because we live out of town, she flexed her schedule to meet us when we were available and maximized the time that we were in town. In addition to her diligence, Lauren has a great personality and is fun to work with, which made the process less maddening. When we did decide, Lauren helped us with our move-in walkthrough (very, very meticulous and thank goodness we didn’t attempt this on our own!), as well as followed up with us after we moved in to make sure action items by our landlord were being addressed. I don’t hesitate to recommend Lauren and I hope that we will get to work with here again in the future.Mary L.
